Guangdong, Foshan based private manufacturing company have a unique opportunity for a top class Country Manager to join this company and make an impact in the business.

Due to a strategically planned and well-funded expansion plan, we are rapidly developing and expanding our operations into the Asia, Africa, North America, South America, Europe, Australia and Middle East countries.

We are a successful and highly profitable company in the field of Medical devices with over 3000 employees, in which overseas employees operating in 30 specialized markets providing:

- Executive search and survey

- Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies

- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities

With a state-of-the-art technology platform, sophisticated back-office capabilities and an excellent training and development culture, you will have all the necessary ingredients to help navigate our ambitious growth plans to scale the business internationally.

We are looking for experienced candidates for the post of Country Manager, with strong experience of the market, to help the company achieve its objectives for the next level of its growth.

Our ideal person will have:

- Bachelor's degree / higher diploma.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in related field.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

- Demonstrable experience and capability to guide the company in multiple sectors, locations & product offerings.

- Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Must possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate status, risk, and opportunities in a timely and effective manner.

- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
